Dear Sir,
Please follow the details as below in order to have a smooth custom clearance procedure and avoid
unnecessary wasting of time.
A. lease note the RMA No.20240518-1733843 in all related documents of returned goods.
B. Please notice that all expenses from your office to our factory located at Taipei will be at your
account. And we will cover the goods return to you if they are under warranty.
C. Please make sure return goods total amount made 1/3 of original price on Invoice, to avoid
import duty.
D. Please use the Air-Parcel Post or courier service if the total weight less then 45 Kgs.
So we can receive the goods earlier and without customs broker formalities.
E. Please fax us a copy of Invoice before return defect goods to avoid unnecessary import duty in our
end, thanks.
